  • Neovim plugins with Fennel and Aniseed

Here you are, I was waiting for you. No, not you! You, just behind! I recognize you. No, don’t say anything, I’ll tell you.

  • A few non-sastisfying maps

I spent a bit of time playing with Voronoi diagrams to try and generate some good looking meshes and cells for my maps. It turns out the method works well but is very complex for a not particularly big difference with more standard grids.

  • Goodbye squares

I’m doing my experiments with the Godot game engine because I find it quite powerful and easy to use. And I recently discovered that the beta-3.2 now includes a ready to use Delaunay triangulation algorithm. I thought I could play with this to generate my map!

  • Creating some maps

I’m still not sure how I’ll generate my islands. I have a few completely different ideas on how I could go about this.
